1. General

Please read these terms of use carefully. By registering for or using the Bahlou booking service, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms") on your own behalf. The developer and owner of the Bahlou service is Bahlou.dk: Organization number: 44660342 Address: Ellebjergvej 19 1 tv, 2450 Copenhagen SV Email: info@fiind.app The Bahlou booking service ("Bahlou Service") is an online booking service provided by Bahlou.dk ("Bahlou"), which customers ("you") can use to book services offered by third parties ("Sellers"). If you are under 18 years old, you must obtain parental or guardian consent before accepting these terms. If you do not accept these terms or are not legally authorized to enter into a contract, either on your own behalf or as a representative, you are not permitted to use the Bahlou Service.

2. How the Service Works

The purpose of the Bahlou Service is to enable online appointment booking between customers and sellers. Using the Bahlou Service requires registration. Bahlou is not the seller or marketer of the services bookable through the platform, as these services are offered and marketed independently by the sellers. Bahlou acts solely as a booking tool and, in some cases, a payment intermediary. These terms only apply between you and Bahlou. Bahlou is not bound by sellers' terms or booking conditions. When you make a booking, you agree to manage the service independently and comply with both these Terms and the seller's own booking conditions. Sellers may send you a booking confirmation, including specific terms. Some services may be prepaid via Bahlou. Payments are handled by a payment service provider selected by Bahlou and forwarded to the seller. Bahlou is not responsible for the services provided by the sellers, including their quality, content, or guarantees. All service-related issues such as cancellations or changes must be handled directly with the seller. If you've given your consent, both Bahlou and the seller may send you marketing messages related to their services. The seller is the data controller for their own use of your data. Details on data protection are provided below. Bahlou reserves the right to modify the Bahlou Service at any time.

3. Right to Use the Service and Purpose

You agree to use the Bahlou Service only for its intended purpose. Using the service for illegal, inappropriate, or competitive purposes is strictly prohibited. Bahlou may take action against such misuse. You must provide accurate information and refrain from sharing unlawful or inappropriate content. Bahlou may delete your information or suspend access if misuse or illegal activity is suspected, or to fulfill legal obligations or authority requests. All intellectual property rights to the Bahlou Service belong to Bahlou or its partners.

4. Referral and Promo Codes

Referral and promo codes are limited to one per person. It is strictly prohibited to create multiple accounts to misuse such codes.

5. Data Protection

By using the Bahlou Service, you also accept Bahlou's privacy practices. For a detailed description, see Bahlou's privacy policy. You agree to:

1. The transfer of your personal data to Bahlou upon registration or use.
2. Transfer of your personal data to the seller in connection with a booking. The seller is the data controller for their processing.
3. Bahlou may use your data to maintain the service, fix bugs, develop and modify the platform, fulfill obligations, and exercise rights (e.g., contact you in case of issues). With consent, Bahlou may also use your data for marketing.
4. Bahlou may use anonymized data for business development and marketing. This includes statistics on bookings and user behavior that do not reveal your identity.

Data protection rights and responsibilities remain in effect even after you stop using the Bahlou Service.

6. Liability and Your Responsibility

Bahlou is not responsible for the products or services booked through the platform. The seller provides services under their own name and responsibility. Bahlou is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Bahlou Service or services delivered by sellers. You are personally responsible for any harm caused through your use of the Bahlou Service. The Bahlou Service is actively developed and aims for high information security, but due to the nature of online platforms, Bahlou provides the service "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use. Bahlou cannot guarantee the platform is free of harmful software or elements. Please contact Bahlou immediately if you notice anything suspicious. Registration may be done via third-party services (e.g., Facebook). The Bahlou Service may contain links to third-party websites. Bahlou is not responsible for the content or terms of use of such external sites, nor does inclusion imply endorsement. Force majeure situations may hinder Bahlou's ability to act during disruptions or damage.

7. Validity and Amendments to the Terms

You may stop using the Bahlou Service at any time by deleting your account via the "Delete" function in the "Privacy" section of "My Account." Note: Deleting your account on Bahlou does not delete data stored by providers you've booked with. You must contact them directly to delete your data. Bahlou may restrict or terminate your access to the platform at any time if there is justified reason. Bahlou may change these terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies your acceptance. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the service and delete your data as explained above. After discontinuing use, those terms that by nature must remain (especially those related to liability and dispute resolution) will still apply.

8. Transfer of Rights

Bahlou may transfer the service and related rights or obligations to a third party without your consent. This includes the right to transfer personal data in the event the service is transferred.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Danish law will primarily govern disputes arising from the use of the Bahlou Service or these terms. Since Bahlou is available in multiple countries, local laws may also apply. Bahlou strives to resolve disputes through mediation. If no resolution is reached, the case can be brought before a local court. Consumers may also use applicable consumer protection bodies based on local laws.
